Standard shipping
Veia Fashion does everything to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Usually the packages are dispatched (i.e. brought to the post office) within 1-2 days. From then take overt DPD / BPOST dthe package and we no longer have any influence on the speed of delivery. Below is a list of shipping costs and expected delivery times per country. The expected delivery times are from DPD / BPOST Ge, Veia Fashion has no influence on this.
You order for an amount over € 75? Then we will deliver your package free (only within Belgium).
You order for an amount over 100 €? Then we will deliver your package free (only within Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands).

As soon as the package has been handed over to the supplier, we will send you a confirmation email with a track & trace link that you can use to track your package.
As soon as your parcel has been scanned in the BPOST / DPD sorting center, the shipment tracking code will be activated and you will receive an email from the supplier.

You can also simply pick up your parcel free of charge at the following address:

To do this, select "Pick up" at checkout and you will not be charged any shipping costs. As soon as the order is ready for collection, we will contact you.
Free local delivery
This option is only possible for the municipalities of B-4750 Bütgenbach, B-4760 Büllingen, B-4770 Amel, B-4780 Sankt-Vith and B-4790 Burg-Reuland. To do this, select "Shipping" during the checkout and "Local delivery" in the next step. You will not be charged any shipping costs. We will deliver the package to you personally and free of charge. We will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange a delivery date.
