Returns

Your order is not what you expected? No problem! You can download the return form below. You must fill this out completely and then enclose it with your return. You can return your item(s) to the returns address below within 14 days of receipt. If we have successfully received your return and it meets the return conditions, you will receive a refund within 14 working days to the account number you used to make payment. Shipping costs for the return are at your own expense.

Exchange

The item doesn't fit and you would like a different size? If your size is still in stock, that's no problem at all. Download the return form below. You must fill it out completely and then enclose it with your return. You can exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receipt and return them to the return address below. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, but we will cover the delivery costs of the new shipment. If we are out of stock of your size, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 working days. Please see the exchange conditions below.

Unfortunately, ordered items cannot be exchanged for other items. If you would still like to receive another item, we recommend that you return your purchase. If your return meets the conditions, we will refund the purchase price. You can place a new order for the desired item in our shop.

Return and exchange conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
• Items must be in original condition (unwashed, worn and undamaged)
• The item must not show any signs of use
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense
• The item must have all original labels.
• For hygienic reasons, jewellery cannot be returned.
• Returns are at your own risk: we are not responsible for any lost returns. It is therefore always wise to return your parcel with a tracking code so that you have proof of delivery!
  

Unfortunately, if an item does not meet our return or exchange conditions, you will not be able to return/exchange it. We will not be able to process the returned item and the refund will not be initiated. If you wish to receive the returned item back, you must indicate this and will be responsible for the shipping costs.
